May 1962 Aichi Electronics Co., Ltd. founded in Nagoya, for manufacturing and sales of Wall Outlet Unit.
May 1963 Applied patent for Wall Outlet Unit.
April 1964 Established Tokyo Branch office
July 1965 Established Mizunami Factory in Gifu.
April 1966 Established Osaka Branch office.
April 1967 Established efficiency levels for Wall Outlet Unit in an open experiment conducted by NHK, with the cooperation of the city of Kasukabe, Saitama Prefecture.
December 1967 Wall Outlet Unit designated by Japan Housing Corporation
September 1971 Established new headquarters (address: 2-24-18 Chiyoda, Naka-ku, Nagoya).
November 1972 Established Hiroshima Sales office.
April 1973 Established Aiki Co., Ltd. (currently Cable System Construction Co., Ltd.), a subsidiary company specializing in maintenance and design.
May 1973 Established Fukuoka Sales office.
March 1977 Completion of Kani Factory after closing Mizunami Factory.
May 1978 Our amplifier products were awarded excellent housing part (BL) by the Ministry of Construction.
June 1981 Established Gifu Sales office in Kani, Gifu Prefecture.
July 1981 Supplied coaxial cable information system (CCIS) in Miyajima-machi, Hiroshima Prefecture. This was the first business application of CCIS in Japan.
May 1982 Supplied a multi-channel bi-directional amplifier (the first in Japan) for the cable TV system of the Tamashima Broadcasting Co., Ltd. in Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture.
April 1985 Announced bi-directional wide-range (multi-channel) amplifier for metropolitan cable TV systems.
July 1988 Supplied broadband LAN system for Toyota Motor Company's Tahara factory.
April 1989 Established Mie Sales office in Tsu, Mie Prefecture.
July 1990 Relocated company headquarters to 1-901 Tokugawa, Higashi-ku, Nagoya.
June 1992 Established San-in Sales office in Yonago, Tottori Prefecture.
June 1994 Established Aichi Electronics (Zhong Shan) Ltd. (A factory in China), started production.
April 1995 Established Tohoku Sales office in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture.
June 1995 Introduced the first cable internet products in Japan from LANcity Corporation, USA and started to supply its high-speed data LCP cable modems (10Mbps).
April 1996 Changed a name of subsidiary company, Aiki Co., Ltd. to Cable System Construction Co., Ltd.
October 1996 Supplied Musashino Mitaka Cable TV Co., Ltd., Tokyo - a commercial based Internet service utilizing CATV networks.
April 2000 Established Hokuriku Sales office in Toyama.
March 2001 Kani Factory awarded ISO9001 certification.
November 2001 Supplied the whole packaged CATV networks in Wadayama town, Hyogo Prefecture
with the first VoIP system (5,500 subs) over CATV networks in Japan.
July 2002 Changed the company name from Aichi Electronics Co., Ltd. to SYNCLAYER INC.
February 2003 Listed on the JASDAQ Stock Market.
May 2003 Established Shiga Sales office in Hikone, Shiga Prefecture.
October 2004 Established new headquarters (address: 2-21-18 Chiyoda, Naka-ku, Nagoya).
April 2006 Announced multi channel processor (water proof type) for degital terrestrial broadcasting.
June 2009 Announced new versatile community broadcast terminal.
January 2011 Kani Factory awarded ISO14001 certification.
